We exist to see universities transformed by Jesus Christ — equipping students to share the Gospel during college, in their future careers, and in every calling. Whether they're reaching classmates or becoming pastors, missionaries, or everyday disciple-makers, we prepare them to make an eternal impact.
Compass Ministries was started in Pueblo, Colorado at Colorado State University-Pueblo by Dylan and Kayli Austin in 2021. Since the ministry started, have had the opportunity to reach many students from all over the world as well as teach and equip students to share the gospel with others.
Our mission is to help individuals deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ, equip them to share the Gospel with others, and cultivate values and disciplines that promote health and longevity in their Christian faith.

Vision
We want to see the university transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And to equip the students to share the Gospel with their fellow students while they are in college and for that to translate in to them sharing the gospel with coworkers and neighbors when they graduate.

Our Ministry
We are primarily a ministry of small groups, we teach and equip students to lead small groups as well as our staff leading them. And in these groups the students grow in their brotherhood/Sisterhood with one another, they can be vulnerable and held accountable to grow closer to Jesus. We also have non Christians regularly attending these small groups, and learning about Jesus.
