We are primarily a ministry of small groups, we teach and equip students to lead small groups as well as our staff leading them. And in these groups the students grow in their brotherhood/Sisterhood with one another, they can be vulnerable and held accountable to grow closer to Jesus. We also have non Christians regularly attending these small groups, and learning about Jesus.
Outside of small groups we also have a weekly worship service on the college campus that includes worship and a sermon as well as reflection time for the students to either pray about what they have just learned or discuss the message in their small groups to further understanding and create accountability for what they are wanting to change or grow in.
One of the core things to our ministry is also our Leadership training program that we do every spring, where we take spiritually mature Christian students through a 6-8 week course to train and equip them to reach their fellow students and to build their own small group. Upon completion of this course the students join our student leadership team where we continue to disciple and equip them to grow in their personal walk with God as well as help others grow.
We also have regular rhythms of outreach on campus, send students on mission trips, have retreats in the fall and spring, as well as other activities.
